General Terms of Sale


The present general terms of sale (GTS) will apply to all purchases made from the Linea di Corsa online store:


By ordering products from our online store, you agree to be bound by these GTS.


These GTS are only available in French



2.1   Sales restrictions


Our online store is intended exclusively for personal orders. Any purchases made for resale purposes or any other commercial purpose are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse orders in multiple quantities for the same item from a single client or intended for delivery to a single postal address.


All products proposed for sale in our online store are subject to availability.


2.2   How do I place an order?


  • Select the items of your choice from our proposed product ranges and click the “Add to basket” button as you select each one.


  • Before finalising an order, at any time you can modify your order by clicking on “My basket”


  • To confirm your order, click on the “Confirm My Basket” button which launches the payment process for the items shown in “My Basket”. You will then be asked to log in Creating  or to provide us with information concerning you, in addition to payment-related information.


  • You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment for your order. We recommend that you keep this in a safe place for later use if required.



Once confirmed, your order constitutes acceptance of our proposal including in particular acceptance of the proposed price for the products concerned and of our GTS.


We retain a copy of your order for a period of five years


2.3   Refusal or cancellation of your order



We reserve the right to refuse an order for the following reasons among others:

–        Product not available in stock

–        Order believed to be intended for resale

–        Incomplete contact information or delivery address

–        Incomplete or non-verifiable bank details

–        Incorrect sales price displayed on our website


2.4 Product availability


Despite all efforts to ensure satisfactory stock management, it may be the case that your order is confirmed and that the product is no longer in stock at the time your order is prepared.



  • To make it easier for you to place orders with our online store, we offer you the possibility to create a personal account. This account will enable you to log in automatically for each new order, on condition that you have entered your login code and password.


  • You simply need to register in the “Create your account” section by completing the fields indicated and creating your password, then by confirming the creation of your account by clicking on the “Save” button. Your login code will be your e-mail address and you can change your password at any time.


  • An e-mail will be automatically sent to you confirming the creation of your account.


  • We reserve the right to verify the information supplied when creating an account. This information will be stored in our client database.


  • You can modify the information shown in your personal account at any time.




4-1 Delivery zones

Our products are delivered worldwide by Colissimo or Chronopost.



Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when placing the order. We may not be considered liable if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.


4-2  Delivery options and deadlines/lead times


We can propose several delivery options.

Upon receipt of the payment in full for your order, the haulier will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number you will be taken to the haulier’s website, where you can track progress with your shipment.


Standard delivery:

Your delivery will be made in two or three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays) by Colissimo France or Chronopost without signature.


Please note that the delivery times may be slightly longer when the products need to be delivered to areas with difficult access.


4-3 Late delivery


We do everything possible to deliver your products in compliance with the stated deadlines. However, these dates are not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods (for example: Christmas, sales, etc.) or due to poor weather conditions or unexpected circumstances.


If you have not received your order within the stated deadline, please begin by checking with your local post office that your parcel is not being held by them. Failing this, please contact us and we will do everything possible to assist you.



Article 5 – PRICES

5-1 Prices

All prices shown in our online store include VAT at the legally applicable rate.

The prices shown are in Euros and do not include carriage costs. The carriage costs are dependent on the chosen delivery options and the delivery location.


5-2 Price changes

We reserve the right to modify the product prices shown in our online store.


5-3 Pricing errors

Despite our best efforts, the products shown may occasionally feature an incorrect price.


In the event of an obvious error concerning the price of the product, we will contact you and, as per your instructions, we will give you the possibility to either confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order.




Our carriage costs are as follows:


Standard delivery (Web So Colissimo) in mainland France and in Corsica: €7 for all orders placed on the website, free of charge for an order value exceeding €125.




We reserve the right to add surcharges for deliveries made to certain hard to access areas. If surcharges apply to your order, you will be informed of this during the “Order Summary” stage.




7-1 Types of payment accepted

The payment for our products must be made by bank card,  PayPal , according to the instructions shown on the payment page.


7-2 Payment date

The payment in full of the price, including carriage costs and all surcharges for services which you have ordered will be debited from your bank card or your PayPal account at the time you confirm your order.


7-3 Retention of title

We will deliver the products to you on condition that your payment has been received. We will retain ownership of the products until the payment in full of the product price has actually been cashed.


7-4 Payment by bank card

You hereby confirm that the bank card used for the payment of the order is your own. All cardholders are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise the payment, we will be entitled to refuse to proceed with the delivery of your order.

A customer service advisor will contact you to help you finalise your order.


 7-5 The issuing of invoices


All orders will result in the issuing of an invoice in paper or electronic form.




Only products which have been purchased directly from the website can be exchanged or returned. If you have purchased your Linea di Corsa products in a shop, from another website or at any other sales outlets, these may only be returned to the address from which you bought them.


8-1 Exchange and returns procedure:


If you are not satisfied with your ordered products for any reason, you may return these products to us within a period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order. Upon expiry of this deadline, the products can be neither exchanged nor a refund issued.


Your items will then be exchanged or a refund issued on condition that the products are returned:

  • In their initial condition, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, other than simply trying them on,
  • In their original packaging, in good condition,
  • Complete, with all accessories related to the products such as labels or instructions,
  • Accompanied by the original invoice.


You can return just part of your order. Only the returned products will qualify for an exchange or a refund.


If the withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, this deadline will be extended until the next working day.


The return carriage charges are at your cost and will not be refunded. We cannot be considered liable for the loss of a product returned by you.


How do I exchange an item?

There are two possibilities:

– The fastest solution: you place another order and request a refund for the item in your possession, which you should return to us within a period of 14 days (please see the “Refund terms” section below).

– You return the item attaching a copy of your invoice and state the size which you would like to replace it.


8-2 Refund terms


Your refund will be issued by re-crediting the bank card or PayPal account used when you placed your order .

The refund will be made within the four (4) days following the dispatching of the returned items by you. The carriage costs will not be refunded.


8-3 Exchanging or returning non-compliant products:


The present warranty only applies for those products purchased in our online store. You may return the ordered products if they are defective or if they do not comply with the order, by contacting our customer service department at [email protected]


Upon receipt of your products, and after inspection, we will send you replacement products when these are available.

If we are unable to replace the non-compliant products within a period of thirty (30) days, you may request a refund in full.


In the case of the replacement of, or reimbursement for non-compliant products, we will cover your carriage costs for returning the products.


You benefit from the following legal warranties:

  • The legal conformity warranty (articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code),
  • The legal warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).



9-1 Promotional offers

Our offers are valid for as long as they are displayed on our website or on the stated dates in the case of a fixed-term sales promotion.

9-2 Promotional codes

A promotional code entitles you to a one-off discount when purchasing one or several products on the website in accordance with the conditions pertaining to the promotional code.

The promotional codes are issued on a personal basis and cannot be sold, exchanged or provided to the public on a free or for-payment basis on a website or any other communication medium without our prior, express and written authorisation.

The promotional codes are usable in accordance with the following conditions:

You may only use one promotional code per order.

The promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions.

The promotional codes cannot be exchanged for money or refunded.




By providing information on the website, you guarantee that you are using your genuine identity and that all of the information supplied is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete at the time you supply this information to us.


If you notice that one or several items of information provided are incorrect or are no longer valid, we request that you update it/them. Failing this, we cannot be considered liable for any resulting consequences.


By placing an order, you accept and understand that we will be entitled to store and process your personal data.

This personal data is recorded and used solely in compliance with our Privacy Protection Declaration.


Article 11 –LIABILITY


We decline all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the incorrect use of our products.


We decline all liability for losses and damage if this results from cases of force majeure, if it is due to unforeseeable and unavoidable actions of a third party or if it is due to you.





The website is provided “as is”. Among other things, we cannot guarantee that the website will be continuously available 24 hours a day, in a fully operational condition. For example, access to the website may be interrupted without notice in the event of technical problems or for maintenance reasons.


It is your responsibility to protect your computer. We cannot be considered liable for any damage or losses which may be caused to your computer or any loss of data which may result from use of the website.




We are not responsible for the use and content of websites which provide us with links.

15-1 Intellectual property rights

The company Vintage Dynamo is the owner of the brand names, company or product names, product titles, designs, models and photographs mentioned or featured on the website which are either trademarks or designs, models or works protected by intellectual property legislation.




We reserve the right to make any modifications to our website and to the present GTS at any time.

Your use of the website and your orders are subject to the GTS applicable at the time you use the site to order the products, unless a change in these GTS is required by law or by a government authority, in which case this change will also apply to all orders you have already placed.


The present  GTS and any disputes or litigation which may arise from them or which results from the use of the website  will be settled in accordance with French law.

If any of the clauses or stipulations of the present GTS are ruled to be invalid, void or inapplicable for any reason, this clause or stipulation will be considered as divisible from the rest of the GTS and will not affect the validity and applicability of the other stipulations of these GTS.
